Several Democratic members of Congress were arrested while protesting the overturn of Roe v. Wade outside the Supreme Court, but one detail of the event has gone viral.

In video of the incident, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., appears to be handcuffed. But after that, the video shows she is not handcuffed and is only holding her hands behind her back as if she were.
