William Amos, a Liberal MP from Canada, was recorded on camera standing nude in his office–flanked by the Quebec and Canadian flags. His image was captured in the screenshot released by the Canadian press Thursday.
Amos released a statement in which he apologized for the incident, calling it “an unfortunate error.”
“My video was accidentally turned on as I was changing into my work clothes after going for a jog. I sincerely apologize to my colleagues in the House of Commons for this unintentional distraction,” he wrote.
Goes on to say “Obviously, it was an honest mistake and it won’t happen again.”
