Covid-19 Rates Spike In These 15 States, Variant Blamed

In the last week, the U.S. has begun to see a resurgence of the Covid-19 virus in 15 states. The rise in infection rates comes amid growing concerns about variants as Paris beings a month-long lockdown.

The rebound in being recorded in the following states:

Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, and West Virginia are raising concerns about various variants.

Delaware, Idaho, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon and West Virginia have all recorded more than a 25% jump in case numbers, according to ABC News.
