President Joe Biden is proposing 16 years of free public education for all Americans under his “Build Back Better Agenda.”
Speaking on Wednesday in Illinois at he McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, Biden said that “12 years of current education were no longer enough to compete in the 21st Century.”
“The fact of the matter is, we believe we should have a minimum of 14 years of education,” said Biden. “I want to guarantee an additional four years of public education for every person in America, starting with providing two years of universal, high quality preschool for three and four-year-olds,” continued Biden.
“And then I want to add two years of free community college for everyone,” Biden said. “We can afford it,” he claimed.
The fact is 12 years of education is no longer enough to compete in the 21st Century.
That’s why my Build Back Better Agenda will guarantee four additional years of public education for every person in America – two years of pre-school and two years of free community college.
