Illegal Immigration Up 200% In Some Areas

New immigration data shows that illegal immigration has soared since President Joe Biden took office.

“The numbers continue to show the Biden Administration has no interest in securing the U.S.-Mexico border and drug cartels know it,” said National Republican Congressional Committee Spokeswoman Torunn Sinclair.

Meanwhile, Democrats along the border say the traditionally blue electorate is shifting to the right.

Rep. Vicente Gonzalez, D-Texas, said the Democratic national party has left him behind and that many Hispanics are leaving the party.

“So far I see no action,” he told the New York Times. “I’ve had to rely on myself, not on the national party coming down here to save us, so in that respect, it’s sad.”

That trend comes alongside a 2021 shift to the right, including a historic shift to the Republican party, according to Gallup.

“Both the nine-point Democratic advantage in the first quarter and the five-point Republican edge in the fourth quarter are among the largest Gallup has measured for each party in any quarter since it began regularly measuring party identification and leaning in 1991,” Gallup said.
