Fences for politicians, open national borders for Texas. It’s the new reality of America under the Biden Administration.
On the one hand, our Capitol building is barricaded, with chain link barbed wire fences surrounding it to protect our politicians.
Yet, parts of our border with Mexico are wide open. No guards, just open entrances.
If we’re supposed to be so concerned about ensuring Covid-19 does not spread, why are we not doing a better job at protecting our border?
Realistically, it would make sense to — at the very least — test every person that comes through the entrance into our nation for Covid-19, would it not?
Meanwhile, thousands of unaccompanied minors are being sent to the U.S. thanks to the Biden administration’s refusal to expel teens and children. Unfortunately, by signaling a willingness to accept them, the Biden Administration is effectively encouraging families to send their children to the U.S. alone. It’s an unintended consequence of a more lenient policy intended to be more “humane” nonetheless, it’s having the effect of separating families and making children temporary wards of the U.S. government.
Facilities are now overflowing and Biden is being criticized for housing children in inhumane ways.
