Newly released polling data shows Americans are not excited about a second term for President Joe Biden.
Rasmussen Reports released the poll, which found most voters dont’ want Biden to seek reelection.
“A majority of voters don’t believe President Joe Biden should seek reelection in 2024, and are not confident in his ability to do the job now,” Rasmussen said.
The poll found only 26% want him to run again.
“The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that only 26% of Likely U.S. voters think Biden should run for reelection in 2024,” the group said. “Sixty percent (60%) say Biden should not run. Another 14% are not sure.”
This poll confirms the findings of another Economist/YouGov poll.
In that poll, less than half of Democrats want Biden to run again.
From new Economist/YouGov:
Only 26% total say they want Biden to run for President again in 2024
