Tom Cotton: If Dems get Georgia ‘they will pack the Supreme Court’

Sen. Tom Cotton predicted that if Democrats control the Senate, “they will pack the Supreme Court, they’ll make Washington, D.C. a state, they will outlaw anything but mail-in balloting with ballot harvesting, without any signature verification.”

Cotton was on Fox News’s “Outnumbered Overtime,” when he focused on the two run-off Senate races in Georgia, saying that Democrats will try to “eliminate the Electoral College, they will raise your taxes, they will take your guns, they will use your tax dollars to fund late-term abortions,” should they win these two seats and gain Senate majority.

On Wednesday, Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan won his race in against Democratic challenger Al Gross in Alaska, giving Republicans 50 seats in the U.S. Senate compared to Democrats’ 48. Democrats need to win both seats in Georgia in order to win a majority in Senate.
