President Joe Biden has still not condemned those harassing Supreme Court Justices at their homes, and Trish Regan is breaking down what it means on her podcast.
After leaked documents showed the Supreme Court may overturn Roe v. Wade, protesters gathered outside several Supreme Court Justices’ homes, requiring a police presence to keep the Justices safe.
“I’ll tell you what this is,” Trish Regan said on her podcast referring to the White House press office’s condemnation of the harassment. “This is too little too late… the president still hasn’t said anything himself. I mean, I’m just wondering. If these things turn into something more, should we be holding him responsible for inciting violence, for refusing to call it out?”
Whether Biden will speak up remains to be seen, especially if the court does overturn Roe v. Wade, and the protests become more heated.
“This is serious stuff,” Trish Regan said.
