Former President Donald Trump’s blog page, “From the Desk of Donald J. Trump” will be no more…but, more media plays might be in the works in the future.
Senior advisor Jason Miller announced the news explaining in an email to CNBC that the page was “just auxiliary to the broader efforts we have and have been working on.”
He said he hoped to have more information soon but could not be specific on timing.
Meanwhile, Republican strategist Amy Tarkanian tweeted at Miller asking if the former President might be joining a social media platform soon. Miller responded, “Yes. Stay Tuned.”
Yes, actually, it is. Stay tuned! https://t.co/USKGvVXe2f

Former President Trump launched “The Desk,” a page within his website to communicate with his followers earlier this month. At the time, Trump said the platform would allow him to communicate directly with his audience, after Twitter and Facebook banned him from their platforms.
The challenge, however, was that his audience was unable to communicate back with him making the site less “sticky” when compared to other social media platforms.
