A lawsuit filed on Wednesday at the Superior Court of Chatham County by the Trump Campaign and the Republican Party of Georgia alleging that officials were counting ballots for the presidential race that were received after polls closed Tuesday.
This follows two other lawsuits that were filed in battleground states of Michigan and Pennsylvania for similar allegations.
The lawsuit includes an affidavit by a registered poll worker who claimed that he witnessed at least 53 late ballots mixed in with others.
Meanwhile, in Michigan, the “Project Veritas” released early Thursday a video that shows an interview with a US Postal Service worker, who has come forward and is alleging that he witnessed mail fraud in Traverse City. In the video, the whistleblower details how his superiors gave a directive to “back-date late mail-in-ballots as received on November 3rd, 2020 so they were accepted.”
