The freedom of expression is forever gone. Twitter and other social media companies are now exercising selective censoring of whoever questions their political believes. You can be targeted and blocked only because someone inside these tech companies can flag your posting as “misleading or false.”
Dr. Scott Atlas, who is a member of the White House Coronavirus Team, questioned in a tweet the effectiveness of masks. “Masks work? NO.”
Twitter clarified in a statement to The Hill, on the decision to block Atlas’s tweet saying that it “was in violation of our COVID-19 Misleading Information Policy prohibits sharing false or misleading content related to COVID-19 which could lead to harm.”
Twitter unilaterally blocked an investigative report from The New York Post on Hunter Biden’s dealings in Ukraine and China. The tech company continues to refuse to unlock the account unless The Post deletes six tweets about its reporting on Joe Biden’s son.
